About Pure

What is Pure?

Pure (PUblication + REsearch) is a world leading Research Information Management System. The system captures and displays the research output of the university aggregated from a variety of sources. Pure enables the discovery of faculty and student scholarship and can be used to search for academic expertise and to facilitate collaborations. Pure is an Elsevier product and is used by many universities around the world including OSU Center for Health Sciences.

Using Pure

Pure Profiles

Pure profiles display faculty and student information including a photo, academic title, contact information, research interests, network of collaborators, research output (article and book citations), projects, grants, awards, and other information. New citations are added weekly and faculty can be granted access to update their own profiles or work with the Medical Library to update it for them. 

How can I get access & edit my Pure Profile?

Contact scott.murray@okstate.edu. After your account has been set up, use your O-Key credentials to log in.
